Can I customise one of your existing designs?
Yes. Tell us which design you like and what you'd like changed, such as the size, shape or colours.
How long will a custom rug take?
It depends on the design and size. We'll confirm the timing with your quote.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship internationally, and shipping is free on all orders. If you don't see your country at checkout, email us and we'll look into it. Import duties and taxes are set by your local customs and are paid by the customer. Our shipping policy has the details.
Will my rug match exactly?
Every rug is made by hand, so slight differences in colour and a size variation of 2 to 3 inches are normal.
