Shipping & delivery
We ship our rugs from India to homes around the world. Here is what to expect from the moment you order to the day your rug arrives.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders, within India and internationally.
Processing time
- In-stock rugs are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Made-to-order and custom rugs take longer. The timing depends on the design and size, and we confirm it with you before we begin.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
- Within India: usually 5-7 business days after dispatch.
- International: usually 7-14 business days after dispatch. Exact times can vary.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with UTS or DHL. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, import duties and taxes are set by your local customs authority and are paid by the customer. They are not included in your order total, and they are settled directly with the carrier or customs office on delivery.
If something arrives damaged
We pack every rug carefully. If yours arrives damaged, please email us straight away with photos of the damage so we can look into it. Returns without prior notice are not accepted.
Delays
Weather, customs processing and carrier delays can affect delivery times, and these are outside our control.
