Choosing your rug
How do I choose a rug size?
Start with your room measurements and furniture layout. Our Rug Size & Shape Guide explains how to plan the placement for living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms.
Can I order a custom size, shape or colour?
Yes. Share your dimensions, colours and any inspiration through our Custom Rugs page and we will talk through the details with you.
Will the rug match the photos exactly?
Screens show colour differently, and every rug is made by hand, so slight differences in colour or design are normal. A size variation of 2 to 3 inches is also normal.
How our rugs are made
How are your rugs made?
Each rug is hand-tufted by skilled artisans in India using natural wool.
Will my new rug shed?
Some shedding is normal for new wool rugs. Regular vacuuming without a beater bar helps, and it usually lessens over time. See our rug care guide.
Shipping and delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders.
How long will my order take?
In-stock rugs are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 5-7 business days within India and 7-14 business days internationally. Custom rugs take longer, and we confirm the timing with you.
Do I pay import duties?
Import duties and taxes are set by your local customs authority and are paid by the customer. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We email you a tracking number once your order ships.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Please read our refund policy for the current terms, or email us before you send anything back. Returns sent without approval are not accepted.
What if my rug arrives damaged?
Email us straight away with photos so we can look into it.
Care
How do I look after my rug?
Vacuum regularly without a beater bar, blot spills right away without rubbing, and use a rug pad. Our rug care guide has the full advice.
Designers and trade
Do you take bulk or trade orders?
Yes. Tell us about the quantities, designs and timing you have in mind through our Buy in Bulk page.
