At Bodhi Artisans, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade rugs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your rug. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your rug must meet the following conditions:

  • The rug must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The rug must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

What is NOT Considered a Defect

Because all our rugs are handmade, the following are considered normal characteristics and are NOT grounds for return:

  • Slight color differences: Colors may vary slightly from product images due to handcrafting and screen display differences
  • Size variation: Up to a 3-inch (7.5 cm) variation in size is normal for handmade rugs
  • Minor irregularities: Small variations in pattern, texture, or weave are characteristic of handmade products

Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Custom and Made-to-Order Rugs

Custom rugs and made-to-order items that were created specifically to your specifications are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective rug, please contact us immediately at artisansbodhi@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
